Grand Opening pricing for the first 10 paying clients drops those to $1,500, $3,000, and $3,500 in exchange for a written testimonial after results land. About one-third off the standard rate for the first 10 paying clients. In exchange: a written testimonial, portfolio rights, and a 30-minute case study after results land (typically 60 to 90 days post-launch). Same scope of work, same guarantees, more personal attention. Currently 3 standard slots open. After client #10, standard rates apply with no exceptions.

Three options. Pay in full upfront for a small bonus (extra revision or a $147 add-on). Standard split is 50% deposit, 50% on launch day. Or three monthly payments with a small financing premium. Accepted via Zelle (preferred, no fees), Venmo, or card.

No. Every add-on is listed publicly on the pricing page with its price. Anything beyond the base tier scope is quoted and approved before any work begins. The base tier price never goes up after we agree on scope.

Yes. Three monthly payments available on every tier. The total is slightly higher than the upfront price to cover the financing cost. No interest, no third-party financing company, no credit check.

Agencies have account managers, project managers, designers, developers, SEO specialists, and overhead. Their price reflects payroll. I am one person who does all those roles. Grand Opening pricing further reflects that the studio is still building its first portfolio of case studies.

Buy one. Stack later. Most clients start with a website, add SEO at month 2, and bring in email at month 4 once the site is generating traffic worth warming up. The bundle saves about 25%, but there's no pressure.

Yes. Either platform. Klaviyo is better for e-commerce and Shopify. Mailchimp is fine for service businesses with simpler needs. I recommend based on what you sell, but it's your call. Standard email setup includes welcome flow, sign-up form, deliverability (DKIM, SPF, DMARC), and one monthly newsletter template.

Yes. Store setup, theme customization, product upload (up to 30 SKUs with optimized copy + images), checkout configuration, Klaviyo integration, reviews app, GA4 + Meta Pixel, plus a walkthrough video for your team. Then we audit what's there, fix the speed and conversion issues, install Klaviyo, set up reviews, and clean up the product copy. Usually 50 to 70% the price of a from-scratch build.

14 days from kickoff to launch, in writing. First 2 days are content and discovery, days 3 to 12 are the build, day 13 is review, day 14 is launch. If something slips because of late content from the client side, the timeline pauses. If it slips because of the studio, the next month of Care + Grow is on us.

15 minutes. We talk about your business, your customer, your competition, what is currently broken, what success looks like in 90 days, and which tier actually fits. No pitch. Most decisions happen on a second call 3 to 5 days later.

2 revision rounds during the build phase, on every tier. Each round can include multiple changes batched together. Typo fixes and small tweaks are always free and do not count as a round. Additional rounds beyond the included 2 are $147 each.

During your post-launch support window (30 to 180 days depending on tier), changes are included. After that, the Care + Grow plan covers 2 content edits per month. Outside both, individual edits run $50 to $150 depending on scope.

No. The studio handles all copy on every tier. If you have existing content, send it. If not, the discovery call surfaces what's needed and the studio writes from there.

You do. Completely. The domain, the site files, the hosting account, the Google Business Profile, the email setup, the schema, every piece of content. All in your name. Unlike Hibu, Thryv, and Townsquare (where the agency owns the site and you rent it), Epoch hands over full control on day one.

Cloudflare Pages. Free tier covers most small business traffic. If your traffic grows past Cloudflare's free limits, costs are typically $5 to $20 per month, paid directly to Cloudflare in your name. The Care + Grow plan covers hosting management at no extra cost.

Walk away anytime. The whole project is yours. Take the files, the domain, the Google profile, the email, and move them wherever you want. No contract on Care + Grow. The studio is built so leaving is easy if you choose to.

The site is hand-coded HTML, not a WordPress CMS. That makes it dramatically faster and more secure but means edits require touching code. Most owners do not want to do that, which is why the Care + Grow plan exists at $247/mo. If you do want to edit yourself, the Care + Grow plan can be skipped and you can hire any developer to make changes.

Care + Grow is $247/mo with no contract and you own everything. Hibu typically runs $250 to $400/mo on multi-year contract where you do not own the site. Thryv runs $300 to $500/mo, contract-locked. Townsquare runs $200 to $400/mo on contract with generic templates. On price, Care + Grow is comparable. On terms (no contract, full ownership), there is no comparison.

Yes. 7 days notice via email or text. No questions, no penalty, no clawback. The site stays yours and keeps running on the hosting it was launched on.

Yes. Remote work is welcome. The studio specializes in Central Florida local SEO because of geographic familiarity, but the website, GBP optimization, local SEO, and lead capture work applies anywhere in the US.

That is the Visibility Guarantee. Three local search terms within 90 days of launch or work continues at no cost until you are ranking. Ranking depends on competition, market size, business age, review count, and consistent execution on both sides. The studio handles its side (schema, GBP, citations, content, ongoing optimization). The owner provides accurate business info and stays available.

Yes, on every tier except Foundation (where it is a $297 add-on). Launch and Growth include full GBP setup or claim takeover, category optimization, services and products entry, 20+ photos uploaded, posts scheduled, and Q&A pre-populated. The Care + Grow plan adds ongoing monthly GBP posts.

If your site is not ranking on page 1 of Google for at least 3 local search terms relevant to your business within 90 days of launch, the studio continues working at no additional cost until you are. The 3 search terms are agreed in writing at the start of the build. Excluded: terms with no local intent, terms with only 1-2 monthly searches, or markets where the business has 0 reviews after 90 days.
